节能评估报告违反了这一法律的第十三届调控第四十二条国家禁止的新高能源消耗工业项目建设，由人民政府负责能源节约工作的意见的部门以上人民政府提交在同一水平按照国务院批准的规定，责令停止生产或者停止使用。
第四十三届耗能产品的单位违反本法规定，生产，第二十四届条的规定，超过能源每单位产品能耗限额，如果情节严重的，限期治理未能控制或做没有达到治理要求的，可以被人民政府确定的负责能源节约工作的意见提交人民政府在同级别根据由国务院授予的权力下令要暂停整顿业务或部门以上，关闭。
违反，该法第四十四条，第二十五届规定，生产，国家出售淘汰的用能产品，由人民负责产品质量监督管理的部门以上人民政府应当将责令停止生产，出售国家淘汰的用能产品，没收违法生产，销售国家明确淘汰能源的产品和违法所得，并处的非法收入超过5倍的罚款;以上的县一级行政部门人民的自治区为工商部门吊销营业执照。
违反了该法的第二十五届规定第四十五条使用国家淘汰的用能设备的县一级人民的负责节能工作的政府部门以上，责令停止使用，没收的国家消除能源的使用设备，造成严重情节的，人民在或以上的县一级部门负责节能工作的人民政府的意见，提交在同一级别的人民政府根据的“权力授予由国务院责令停产停业整顿或关闭。
节能评估报告违反了这部法律的第四十六届文章，文章第二十五届规定，将被淘汰能源的使用给别人来使用，负责产品质量监督的部门以上人民政府没收设备违法所得，并处违法所得五倍以上的罚款。
违反，该法第四十七条，第二十六届调节，不会在产品规格和能耗指标的产品标签由人民政府负责产品质量监督管理的部门以上将被责令改正，可被罚款高达50000元。
违反本法规定的第二十六届条的规定，在产品说明书和产品标签上的能耗指标，不符合产品的实际情况，在依照前款规定处罚的规定，按照有关法律规定应当承担民事责任。
违反了该法第四十八条，第二十七届调节，使用伪造的节能质量认证标志或者冒用节能质量认证标志的人民政府，在或负责监督的部门以上超过产品质量应当责令公开更正，没收违法所得，也可能是非法收入超过5倍以下的罚款。
条第四十九届国家工作人员在能源节约违反特权的工作，一个人的职责健忘，发挥偏袒和犯下的违规行为，构成犯罪的，依法查处刑事责任，依法;如果没有犯罪的构成，行政制裁应当给予。

In violation of the forty-fifth article of this law the twenty-fifth stipulation, the use of state eliminated energy-using equipment, at or above the county level people's government departments in charge of energy conservation work shall be ordered to stop the use, confiscate the state eliminated energy-using equipment; if the circumstances are serious, the people's government at or above the county level departments in charge of energy conservation work can give advice, submitted to the people's government at the same level according to the the authority granted by the State Council ordered to suspend business for rectification or shut down.
In violation of the forty-sixth article of this law the provisions of article twenty-fifth, will be eliminated energy-using equipment transferred to others to use, by the people's government at or above the Department responsible for supervision over product quality to confiscate the illegal income, impose the illegal income more than five times the fine.
In violation of the forty-seventh article of this law the twenty-sixth regulation, not the product specification and product label on energy consumption index, by the people's government at or above the Department responsible for supervision over product quality shall be ordered to make corrections, can be fined up to 50000 yuan.
Violation of this law the provisions of article twenty-sixth, in the product specification and product label on the energy consumption indicators do not meet the actual conditions of the products in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, punishment, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law shall bear civil liability.
