节能评估报告最高人民检察院检察长曹建明回顾了一年来的主要工作。关于2012年检察工作的安排，曹建明说，一要积极服务和保障经济社会科学发展；二要切实维护国家安全和社会和谐稳定；三要加大查办和预防职务犯罪工作力度；四要加强和改进对诉讼活动的法律监督；五要全面加强检察队伍建设和基层基础建设；六要更加自觉接受人大监督、民主监督和社会监督。
